Here are a few things that you can try if you are having problems.

1. Reboot.

2. Find your power cord for what ever device you are having a problem with and unplug it from the wall, now press the power buton again, you might see the power light flash, this is good, you have discharged the power. Now, go get a refill for your coffee/tea/water/soda, a snack/flirt with the girl/guy in the next cubicle... ok now, turn it back on.

3. Reboot.

4. If it's Windows XP try a system restore. It's under Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. Follow the instructions. This will reverse what ever settings that may be causing the problem. It should have about 1 month's worth, depening on your settings. Don't worry, you won't loose any of your files. Just that "really cool" screen saver that you installed then "strange" things started happening will be "undone".

5. Still not working? Okay, give us a call, we'll see what we can do. ;)
